Ganga Bath Fittings IPO allotment date: The basis of allotment of Ganga Bath Fittings Ltd will be finalised on Monday, June 9. The bid finalisation information will be available on the websites of the registrar, KFin Technologies, and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The initial public offering was subscribed 1.64 times during the three-day subscription window. Retail investors booked their part 2.55 times, while the non-institutional investors' portion was subscribed 73%.

The quota reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 2.22 times.

The ₹32.65 crore initial share sale, with a price range of ₹46 to ₹49 per share, was a fresh issue of 66.63 lakh shares without an offer for sale component.

The money generated will be used for repayment of borrowings, capital expenditure towards buying machinery, general corporate purposes and working capital requirements.

A lot consisted of 3,000 equity shares, needing an investment of ₹1,47,000 (cut-off price).

Jimmy Tusharkumar Tilva, Managing Director of Ganga Bath Fittings, said that the public offer will enable the company to invest in modern machinery, improve manufacturing scale and strengthen financials.
