The proposed initial share sale is a mix of fresh issuance of equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) by promoters PNS Business and Rasish Consultant, according to its draft prospectus filed in May 2025.

The Kolkata-headquartered firm had received market regulator SEBI's nod to proceed with the IPO in December 2025.

The funds raised will be used for repayment of borrowings availed by the company, invest in step-down subsidiaries Omind Technologies Pvt Ltd and Omind Technologies Inc for upgrading IT tools, pursuing inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

On the financial front, the firm reported an over two-fold jump in net profit to ₹170 crore in FY26, from ₹74.40 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations rose 37% to ₹1,818 crore from ₹1,329 crore during the period, according to an addendum filed with SEBI.

Nuvama Wealth Management, IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers to the issue.

Shares of the company will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.
