However, its consolidated revenue from operations jumped 41.4% YoY to ₹537.29 crore during the quarter under review, compared ₹380.03 crore in the September quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year (Q2 FY26).

Its net transaction value (NTV) grew 39% YoY to ₹1,432 crore in the July-September quarter of FY27.

It said that its penetration in the largest categories in the top 8 cities remained below 10%, while tier 2 cities grew approximately 7% YoY and emerged as a second growth engine.

Its international business grew 66% YoY and was similar to India in its penetration journey. Its Native segment, it stated, is building toward a strong festive Q3.

The company’s core business combined continued its growth momentum with margin expansion.

It said that it invested aggressively in InstaHelp, where unit economics improved even as the business scaled rapidly.

The securities will be issued in one or more tranches and in rupee denomination, the filing read.

Urban Company to explore residential air conditioners as new line of business

Urban Company's board also granted its in-principle approval to explore residential air conditioners as a new line of business under its native segment.

"The Company believes that the residential air conditioners category offers potential as a new line of business under the Native segment. This category represents a large market in which the Company already services millions of units annually, providing it with first-hand insights into the existing product gaps and customer needs," it said in a regulatory filing.

Shares of Urban Company closed 2.47% higher at ₹158.12 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday, October 16. However, the results were announced after the markets closed.
