The company’s revenue from operations jumped 24% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis to ₹806 crore in the June to September quarter as against ₹650 crore seen in Q2 FY26.

The revenue growth accelerates to a five-quarter high, driving improvement in profitability and cash flow.

The fintech firm reported stable operating performance as its operating profit, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), advanced 68% to ₹126 crore from ₹75 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26.

For Q2 FY27, Pine Labs’ margin remained stable and increased to 15.63% from 11.54% YoY.

“Q2 was an all-round quarter—growth across acceptance and issuing, 15% of revenues from global markets, and 14% from products launched only in the last two years," said Amrish Rau, CEO, Pine Labs.

“Pine Labs has been EBITDA-positive for a long time. The way we look at the business is to find the right balance between investing in new products, new ideas, and new regions—while continuing to be strongly EBITDA positive,” Rau added.

For half a year (H1 FY27), Pine Labs’ net profit jumped to ₹58 crore as compared to ₹11 crore on a YoY basis. Its revenue from operations for H1 FY27 stood at ₹1,543 crore as against ₹1,266 crore in H1 FY26, marking an increase of 22%.

“Our confidence in sustaining this pace into H2 is anchored in the breadth of growth engines now contributing to the top line—merchant acquisition, deeper monetization of the installed base, newer products and use cases, and international expansion,” Pine Labs said.

The company said in a statement that the Group now processes around 25 million transactions a day across businesses, up 22% year-on-year. More than 29% of DITP GTV is now monetised and linked to volume, compared with 15% a year ago. Products launched in the past two years contributed 14% of the quarter’s revenue, while markets outside India accounted for 15%.

Its online payments grew over 45% YoY, with GTV up 140% YoY, as the business pushed into agentic commerce, cross-border, SMB, and government corridors.

Furthermore, Pine Labs said its international business continued to grow, with Southeast Asia revenue rising around 40% year-on-year. International DCPs in Southeast Asia reached nearly 1 lakh, up 2.7 times year-on-year, while its UAE business crossed 1 lakh daily transactions.

The company operates across more than 22 markets, with credit processing in over 17 markets, and is extending its Malaysia playbook to the UAE, the Philippines and Singapore.
