Pine Labs Q1 results: Fintech platform Pine Labs on Tuesday, July 28, reported its earnings for the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (Q1 FY27)

During the quarter under review, the company reported a 308.56% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹20 crore, up from ₹4.79 crore in the June quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year (Q1 FY26).

Its revenue from operations jumped 19.65% YoY to ₹736.92 crore in the June FY27 quarter, as against ₹615.91 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal year, according to a regulatory filing.

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, stood at ₹124 crore for the reporting quarter, reflecting a 51.22% YoY increase from ₹82 crore in Q1 FY26.

Its adjusted EBITDA advanced 4.03% YoY to ₹126 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in contrast to ₹121 crore in the year-ago period.

However, its adjusted EBITDA margin contracted by 300 basis points (bps) YoY to 17% during the quarter, in comparison to 20% in the April-June quarter of FY26.

Pine Labs stock performance

Shares of Pine Labs climbed as much as 4.9% to hit an intraday high of ₹156.25 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, following the result announcement.

Eventually, the scrip closed 2.69% higher at ₹152.94 per equity share.

The stock has gained more than 2% in the past week but lost 4% over the month. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, it has declined 34%.

While the share hit a 52-week high of ₹284 apiece on November 14, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹134.73 on May 27, 2026.

Pine Labs has a total market capitalisation of ₹17,804.03 crore as of July 28, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
