Ola Electric Mobility announced its April to June quarter results for the financial year 2026-27 after the market hours on Friday, August 7, as the electric two-wheeler maker reduced its net losses to ₹336 crore in the period.

EV maker Ola Electric’s consolidated net losses narrowed to ₹336 crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, compared year-on-year (YoY) with ₹428 crore in the same period a year earlier.

On a sequential basis, the company’s net losses narrowed to its June quarter levels from ₹500 crore net loss in the fourth quarter of FY26.

NSE filings also showed that the company’s revenue from core operations declined 45% YoY to ₹455 crore in the period under review, in comparison to ₹828 crore in the same period a year earlier.

“The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹455 Cr in Q1 FY27 upon delivering 39,192 units with a consolidated gross margin at 30.5% in Q1 FY27,” the company said in its official release.

The consolidated statements also showed that Ola Electric’s total expenses dropped 42% to ₹620 crore in the first quarter, from ₹1,065 crore in the same period a year earlier.

“Volumes, revenue and market share strengthened during the quarter, while continued cost discipline enabled us to operate on a significantly leaner base,” Ola Electric spokesperson said.

The company management said that the firm now aims to become leaner, scale volumes without rebuilding the earlier cost structure, deepen vertical integration and translate these advantages into margin expansion and lower cash burn.

Ola shares to be in focus on Monday

Ola Electric shares are set to be in focus of the market investors on Monday, August 10, as the company announced its June quarter results for the financial year 2026-27 after the market hours on Friday, August 7.

NSE data showed that Ola Electric shares ended 0.89% lower at ₹41.07 apiece after the trading session on Friday, compared to ₹41.44 apiece at the previous stock market close.

Ola Electric stock has delivered around 2% returns in the last one-year period, and has gained more than 9% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis, according to the exchange data.

In the last month, the company shares have lost 3%, but were trading 6.1% higher in the last five trading sessions.

Shares of Ola Electric surged to their 52-week high of ₹71.25 on September 4, 2025, while the 52-week low was at ₹22.25 on March 16, 2026, NSE data showed. The company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹18,990 crore as of the stock market close on Friday, August 7, 2026.
