NBCC India Q4 results: Net profit soars 37% YoY to ₹241 crore, revenue falls 2%; dividend recommended

NBCC Q4 results: NBCC (India) on Monday, May 25, reported its earnings for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26), posting a 37.22% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹241.39 crore.

In the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal year, the Navratna PSU had clocked a profit of ₹175.92 crore, according to a regulatory filing.

The New Delhi-based company’s revenue from operations, however, declined 1.9% YoY to ₹4,559.8 crore during the quarter under review, compared with ₹4,643.85 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q4 FY25).

Segment-wise snapshot

During Q4 FY26, NBCC’s project management consultancy (PMC) segment recorded a revenue of ₹4,356.79 crore, marking a 2.14% YoY jump from ₹4,265.62 crore in the year-ago period.
However, its revenue from its real estate division dropped by 73.5% YoY to ₹42.73 crore for the reporting quarter, as against ₹161.39 crore in Q4 FY25.
Its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) segment clocked a revenue of ₹140.44 crore in the March FY26 quarter, reflecting a 33.39% YoY fall from ₹210.83 crore in the same period of FY25.
NBCC’s unallocated segment witnessed a 230.8% YoY increase in its revenue to ₹19.85 crore during the quarter, in comparison to ₹6 crore in the January-March quarter of FY25.

NBCC recommends dividend

The firm’s board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.46 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1 each for FY26.

The dividend is subject to TDS deductions and shareholders' approval at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM).

The final dividend, if declared, would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, the company said.

Further, the date of the ensuing AGM, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the aforesaid dividend, will be intimated in due course of time, NBCC stated.

NBCC stock performance

At around 2:05 PM, shares of NBCC (India) were trading 2.72% higher at ₹97.40 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, following the result announcement.

The scrip has gained more than 6% in the past week and 4% over the month. On a year-to-date basis, however, it has lost 20%.

While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹130.70 per equity share on June 9, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹77.18 per unit on March 30, 2026.
