Bharti Hexacom posted its April to June quarter results for the financial year 2026-27 on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The company recorded a 23% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profits on healthy revenue gains from higher ARPU and continued customer additions in the period.

NSE filings showed that Bharti Hexacom’s consolidated net profits witnessed a 23% growth to ₹482 crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, compared to ₹392 crore in the same period a year earlier.

The company’s revenue from core operations advanced 11% YoY to ₹2,510 crore in the June quarter, in comparison to ₹2,263 crore in the same period a year ago, according to the consolidated financial statements.

“Mobile revenues increased 9.3% YoY, driven by our sustained focus on acquiring and retaining high-value customers. ARPU improved to Rs 259 in Q1’27 as compared to Rs 246 in Q1’26,” the company informed the stock exchanges.

ARPU stands for Average Revenue Per User, which shows how much the telecom firm earns from each customer over a particular period of time.

Bharti Hexacom’s total expenses rose 7.7% to ₹1,188 crore in the June quarter, compared year-on-year with ₹1,102 crore in the same period a year earlier.

Margin growth

Bharti Hexacom’s operational level earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) improved 12% YoY to ₹2,064 crore, compared to ₹1,842 crore in the same period a year earlier.

On the margins front, the company’s EBITDA margin improved 81 basis points to 82.21% in the first quarter of FY27, compared to 81.40% in the same period a year earlier, according to the exchange filing.

The company management said that the key focus will remain on delivering meaningful innovations in customer experience. “During the quarter, we launched Postpaid Fast Lane - our latest innovation powered by the 5G slicing technology,” as per the company’s official release.

Bharti Hexacom share performance

Bharti Hexacom share price has lost nearly 13% of its value in the last one-year period, and was down 10.5% year-to-date (YTD), according to NSE data.

However, the exchange data also showed that the company shares have delivered over 11% gains in the last one month, and were trading 1% higher over the last five trading sessions on the Indian stock market.

Shares of Bharti Hexacom surged to their 52-week high of ₹1,955.60 on October 29, 2025, while the 52-week low was at ₹1,430 on June 29, 2026. The company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹81,000 crore as of the stock market close on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
