⭐ Vedanta announces third interim dividend

Vedanta has announced an interim dividend of ₹17.5 per equity share for its shareholders. The company has set 30 November as the record date to identify eligible shareholders. This is the third interim dividend by the mining company in the current fiscal year. It had earlier distributed a dividend of ₹31.5 and ₹19.5 per share, this fiscal.

⭐ Inox Green IPO to make market debut

Shares of Inox Green Energy, which provides wind power operation and maintenance services, is expected to make its market debut on 23 November. The IPO issue was subscribed 1.5 times with retail portion witnessing strong oversubscription of 4.7 times. The company raised ₹740 crore through the IPO at an issue price of ₹65 per share.

Domestic air traffic rise in October

India’s domestic air traffic rose by 27% year-on-year in October, as per the civil aviation body - DGCA. Even on a month-of-month basis the growth was 10.2%, indicating rising air travel. Despite this, the air traffic is about 7% below pre-Covid level of October 2019. Amongst the air carriers, Indigo (1.4%) continues to hold the pole position with 56.7% market share.
