Tata Motors bags order for 200 e-buses

Tata Motors has received a new order for the supply of 200 electric buses in Jammu and Kashmir. As part of the order, Tata Motors will supply 150 9-metre Starbus electric buses and 50 12-metre Starbus  electric buses. The company will also operate and maintain these e-buses for 12 years

Adani Defence makes new acquisition

Adani Defence Systems & Technologies, has signed an agreement to acquire the aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company Air Works. The acquisition will take place at an enterprise value of ₹400 crore. Air Works has a presence across 27 cities in India.

Sonata Software’s revenue rises

Sonata Software, in its September quarter results, reported a 55% year-on-year rise in revenue at ₹1,496 crore. Meanwhile its net profit increased by 24% to ₹113 crore. The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹7 per share for its shareholders, which will be paid on 14 November.
