Suzlon Energy bags new order

Suzlon Energy has secured a new order from the Aditya Birla Group for developing a 145 MW wind power project. As part of the project, Suzlon will install 69 units of wind turbine generators at Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, and the project is expected to be completed by 2023.

Delta Corp reports robust numbers

Hotel and casino operator Delta Corp reported total revenue of ₹279.8 crore, a rise of 239% year-on-year during the September quarter. Meanwhile, its net profit stood at ₹68.2 crore in Q2 FY23 as compared to a loss of ₹22.5 crore in the same period last year.

Crude oil prices slide

Oil prices continued to trade lower for the second consecutive day. Brent crude oil prices slid over 2% today amid fears of a global economic slowdown. Besides this, oil also came under pressure from a strong dollar, which hit a multi-year high after consecutive rate hikes by the US Fed.
