Godrej Properties post record sales
Godrej Properties shares hit their lifetime high as the company achieved sales worth ₹575 crore on the day of launch of its Godrej Woods project in Noida.
The company sold 340 flats on the day of launch making it one of the most successful launches in India in the recent past. Yesterday, the shares of Godrej properties were up over 13% following the development.
Paras Defence receives strong interest
On day 2, Paras Defence’s IPO was oversubscribed 40.5 times with the retail investors flocking towards it. The retail portion has been oversubscribed 68.5 times. The company designs, develops, manufactures and tests a wide range of defence and space engineering products and solutions.

Top banks slash home loan rates
Indian banks have been slashing interest rates on home loans as the demand for housing revives.
Experts believe that the low interest rate environment and demand for bigger homes is pushing up demand for residential projects. Meanwhile, Nifty Realty was up 8.4% yesterday.
