⭐ J Kumar Infra bags new order
The construction firm has secured a new project worth ₹182 crore along with its joint venture partner AICPL. The contract involves the construction of an airport depot for the Bangalore metro rail project, with J Kumar holding a 55% stake in the project worth over ₹100 crore.
⭐ Uno Minda buys further stake in Indian JVs
Management of the auto component maker has approved the acquisition of the stake in two companies from its joint venture partners, Kosei Japan. Uno Minda will acquire over 81% stake in Kosei Minda Aluminum for ₹60 crore. Meanwhile, 49.9% stake will be acquired in Kosei Minda Mould for ₹11 crore. The acquisition will help consolidate the company's position in the 4W alloy business.
⭐ Dwarikesh Sugar declares dividend
Sugar producer has announced an interim dividend of ₹2 per share for its shareholders. The record date for the same is 31st March 2023.
