⭐ IEX announces buyback

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX), which operates the power trading platform, has announced the share buyback program. The company will buyback shares at a price of ₹200 per equity share and not exceeding ₹98 crore. Its current price is ₹150.9 per equity share.

⭐ Adani Enterprise plans to raise funds

Adani Enterprise, a flagship company of Adani Group plans to raise up to ₹20,000 crore through follow-on public offer (FPO). The FPO proposal which awaits shareholders approval could be the largest FPO of the Indian markets after Yes Bank which raised close to ₹15,000 in July 2020.

RBI’s housing price index rise in Q2

All-India House Price Index (HPI), which is managed by the Reserve Bank of India grew by 4.5% for the second quarter ended September 2022 reflecting buoyancy in the housing demand. The HPI index is based on real estate transactions across 10 major cities in the country. Kochi topped the index with 11.1% YoY growth.
