⭐ Ambuja Cement's June quarter profits rise 🧱
Ambuja Cement reported a 44% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its standalone June quarter net profit to ₹1,048 crore. The increase was mainly due to a sharp rise in other income, which included the dividend received from subsidiary ACC. The company, which follows a January-December financial year, posted an 18% (YoY) rise in its Q2 revenues from operations to ₹3,993 crore. This was on the back of a 15% rise in sales volumes in the quarter to 7.39 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).

⭐ DLF aims to double retail presence 🛍️
Amid a strong recovery in retail consumption, DLF said it has initiated the development of new shopping malls and looks to double its retail portfolio in the coming five years. At present, the realty firm has a retail footprint of 42 lakh square feet comprising eight malls and shopping centres, mainly across Delhi-NCR.

⭐ Jio cements lead in telecom race 📱
Telecom operator Reliance Jio gained net 31.11 lakh mobile subscribers in May to take its total mobile customer count to 40.87 crore users, according to the telecom regulator TRAI. Bharti Airtel added a net 10.27 lakh users, taking its mobile user tally to 36.21 crore. However, Vodafone Idea lost a net 7.59 lakh mobile subscribers in the month, while BSNL lost a net 5.3 lakh subscribers.
