Two-wheeler makers report mixed sales

In November, Bajaj Auto’s total two-wheelers sales in the domestic market declined by 23% YoY to 2.6 lakh units. Meanwhile, domestic sales of TVS Motor grew 9% to 1.9 lakh units. Royal Enfield maker, Eicher Motors, reported a 37% YoY increase in sales to 70,766 units.

NCC bags new order

Infrastructure firm NCC Ltd has announced that it has bagged two new orders worth ₹376 crore in November 2022. The new order is from state government agencies. It will be executed by the electrical and road division of the company.

Cosmo First board approves buyback

Cosmo First will buy back 10 lakh equity shares at a price of ₹1,070 per share.  The board of the packaging films and label maker has approved the buyback. The record date for the buyback has been fixed at 14 December 2022.

Goods and Service Tax (GST) revenue collection increased by 11% YoY to 1.4 lakh crore in November 2022. This is the ninth straight month when  GST collection has remained above ₹1.40 lakh crore.
