Anthropic, OpenAI, SpaceX: Upcoming IPOs in the US

From OpenAI and SpaceX to Discord and Perplexity, here are some upcoming initial public offerings (IPOs) in the US set for a historic run.

OpenAI

In June 2026, Sam Altman-helmed OpenAI confidentially filed for an IPO and might be looking to raise $60 billion or more. It is expected to go public in late 2026 or early 2027.

Anthropic

The AI giant confidentially filed for an IPO on June 1, 2026. The company is reportedly looking to go public as early as October 2026, according to Bloomberg.

SpaceX

The historic $74.4 billion IPO, with a set price of $135 per share, will list on NASDAQ on June 12, 2026. It's on track to become the world’s biggest IPO, with the potential to surpass Saudi Aramco. 

Discord

Chat platform Discord confidentially filed for IPO in January 2026, as per media reports. The company is reportedly working with Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan on the potential offering.

Inspire Brands

The owner of food chains Dunkin', Arby's, Jimmy John's, Baskin-Robbins, and more, is said to have ​confidentially filed for a U.S. initial public offering in May 2026, as per Reuters.

Databricks

While the cloud-based data and AI firm is yet to apply for an IPO, its CEO has hinted at going public as early as next year (2027), as per reports. 

Perplexity

AI-firm Perplexity’s CEO, in an interview with CNBC, said that the company is eyeing a potential IPO in 2028.
