Documents required to open a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) account
A HUF can also open an account by using the offline account opening option. Here are the documents required:
Identity Proof: HUF PAN card copy (self-attested by Karta & HUF stamp)
Address Proof: HUF Bank statement/ Updated passbook copy (self-attested by Karta & HUF stamp)
HUF Cheque in favour of RKSV Securities India Pvt Ltd: (Account Number, Name, IFSC, MICR should be printed on the cheque)
Income Proof: ITR Copy/Bank Statement in the name of HUF (self-attested by Karta & bearing HUF stamp)
Please note: HUF cannot open a Commodity account.
Karta’s documents:
Identity Proof: Individual PAN card copy (self-attested by Karta)
Address Proof: Aadhaar card/ Driving license/ Passport/ Latest individual bank statement (self-attest any 1 document by Karta)
Coparcener: PAN card & Address proof (self-attested). This is optional.
(Important note: No documents are required if the coparcener is minor).
