He recently opened up about his success mantra, according to CNBC Make It.
“I know it’s a cliché, but you absolutely have to believe in yourself,” the Starbucks CEO said.
Brian Niccol has been called a ‘dream hire’ and a ‘hall of fame restaurant CEO' by many Wall Street analysts.
He has been hired as Starbucks CEO at a time when the company has been facing backlash due to geopolitical reasons and is going through a turbulent period.
Niccol has served as a CEO for big food industry giants like Taco Bell and Chipotle.
He has also worked in managerial roles at Pizza Hut and P&G.
Niccol has done his engineering from Miami University and has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
