Also known as donkey cheese, pule is made from donkey milk and is the most expensive type of cheese in the world. It is produced by just one farm in the entire world, the Zasavica Special Nature Reserve in Serbia.

This cheese, made from moose’s milk, is produced in Sweden’s Elk House. Four types of cheese are produced: dry blue cheese, creamy blue cheese, feta and white mould.
