Mirae Asset NYSE FANG+ ETF Fund of Fund is an open-ended fund of fund scheme that predominantly invests in the Mirae Asset NYSE FANG + ETF. Launched in 2021, this FOF has delivered nearly 63% annualised returns over the 3 years ending November 25, 2025, according to data on the website of the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

1. What is this fund?

Mirae Asset NYSE FANG+ ETF Fund of Fund is a scheme that allows investors to get exposure to international stocks that constitute the NYSE FANG+ Index. This FOF aims to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in units of Mirae Asset NYSE FANG+ ETF. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.

The FOF offers an opportunity to benefit from exposure to some of the largest technology, internet and media stocks. Most of these companies are currently at the forefront of technology disruptions. The scheme also provides an opportunity to benefit from INR depreciation. However, fresh investments are not allowed at present.

As per Mirae Asset Mutual Fund's factsheet dated October 31, 2025, the FOF is fully invested in Mirae Asset NYSE FANG + ETF. This ETF tracks the NYSE FANG + Total Return Index.

As of October 31, 2025, the ETF's top 10 holdings included some of the world's largest companies by market capitalisation, such as Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Netflix and Meta.

  • FOFs are expensive, as investors have to bear the recurring expenses of the underlying scheme in addition to the expenses of the scheme.

5. Performance history

As per the scheme's Key Information Memorandum (KIM), the FOF witnessed a moderate return of only around 9% in FY 21-22. The returns were negative during FY 22-22. However, the scheme saw a massive surge in returns in FY 23-24, delivering nearly 77%. In FY 24-25, the scheme delivered about 36% returns. Overall, the scheme has delivered 63% annualised returns (CAGR) in 3 years till November 25, 2025.
