The firm’s revenue from operations grew 2% to ₹93 crore in the June quarter, as against ₹91 crore registered in the year-ago period.
The company's operating profit, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), jumped 10% to ₹18 crore as compared to ₹16 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Its EBITDA margin expanded to 19.35% in the reporting quarter from 18% in Q1 FY26.
Technocraft Ventures received a Letter of Award (LoA) in June 2026 for a contract valued at ₹148.70 crore, excluding GST. The contract includes construction work worth ₹135.69 crore and operation and maintenance (O&M), including energy charges, worth ₹13.01 crore.
The order involves the construction of an underground sewerage system for Town Planning Schemes (T.P. 1, 2 and 3) of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) under an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract. The contract also includes operation and maintenance for a period of five years.
Technocraft Ventures said the company foresees continued growth on infrastructure development, especially water supply and sewerage, to enhance urban living and connectivity to provide ample growth opportunities in coming quarters.
“Our growing order book size not only reflects our extensive expertise in sewerage solutions and water supply systems but is also a testament of growing faith in our capabilities as a turnkey EPC player. This positions favourably for substantial growth in the coming quarters. Infrastructure development continues to remain a key focus area for the Government to bolster economic growth, enhance connectivity, and improve the quality of life for its citizens,” said Sanjay Tyagi, Managing Director of Technocraft Ventures.
On Wednesday, Technocraft Ventures shares settled at ₹376.10 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, gaining 0.51%.
Shares of the infrastructure company made a robust debut on the stock exchanges on August 14. The stock was listed at ₹284 apiece on NSE. This reflected a premium of 33.96% over the IPO issue price of ₹212 per equity share.
The ₹251.88 crore initial public offering comprises a fresh issuance of ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh shares worth ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions.
Incorporated in 1998, Technocraft Ventures is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company engaged in public infrastructure projects. Its operations span water and wastewater infrastructure, roads and highways, electrical transmission, urban infrastructure, and operation and maintenance of public utilities.
The company primarily executes projects for state governments and government agencies across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Delhi and has expanded its presence to Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Odisha.
