Upcoming IPOs this week: A total of six initial public offerings, including the mainboard IPO of Travel Food Services, will open for subscription in the week starting July 7.

The SME issues include Chemkart India, Smarten Power Systems, CFF Fluid Control, Glen Industries, and Asston Pharmaceuticals.

Travel Food Services IPO

The price range is set at ₹1,045 to ₹1,100 per share, with an application size of 13 shares.

The allotment status is expected to be finalised on July 10, while listing will take place on the NSE and the BSE on July 14.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Travel Food Services operates travel quick-service restaurants (travel QSRs) and lounge businesses across airports in India and Malaysia.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, ICICI Securities, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Pvt Ltd and Batlivala & Karani Securities India are the public offer's book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar.

The company's revenue from operations advanced 20.86% to ₹1,687.73 crore in the financial year 2024-25 as against ₹1,396.32 crore in FY24.

The net profit surged 27.34% to ₹379.65 crore in FY25, compared to ₹298.12 crore a year back.

GLEN Industries IPO

The BSE SME issue of GLEN Industries is completely a fresh issuance of 64.97 lakh shares valued at ₹63.02 crore. It has fixed a price band of ₹92 to ₹97 per share, and a minimum investment requirement is two lots of 2,400 shares. The issue is live from July 8 to July 10.

The capital raised will be used for establishing a manufacturing plant in West Bengal and general corporate purposes.

The book-running lead manager of the offer is GYR Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.

GLEN Industries makes food packaging and service products, mainly thin-wall food containers, paper straws and polylactic acid (PLA) straws, usually supplied to hotels, restaurants, and the cafe/catering (HoReCa) sector, the food packaging industry and the beverage industry.

Chemkart India IPO

The initial share sale of Chemkart India is open from July 7 to July 9. The price band has been set at ₹236 to ₹248 per share, and the minimum application size is two lots of 1,200 shares.

The ₹80.08 crore offer is a fresh issuance of ₹64.48 crore and an OFS of ₹15.60 crore.

The money generated will be utilised for setting up a manufacturing facility through investment in a wholly-owned unit, Easy Raw Materials Pvt Ltd, debt clearance and general corporate purposes.

Smarten Power Systems IPO

Asston Pharmaceuticals IPO

• Offer structure: Fresh issue aggregating to ₹27.41 crore
• Price band: ₹115 to ₹123 per share
