Now, you can withdraw your funds in just 15 minutes!

Developments take time and effort and we have been putting the both of these into bringing new features your way! So, don’t stop rejoicing from the recent updates because we’ve got more good news for you.

We’ve been offering you the option of adding funds swiftly via UPI and wanted to make withdrawals equally easy and speedy for you.

We are excited to tell you that you can now enjoy instant withdrawals of up to Rs. 50,000. Yes, you heard that right! You can transfer funds from your Upstox account to your linked bank account within just 15 minutes!

How withdrawal requests work

A standard withdrawal request is processed at the beginning of each day at 8:45 AM. These requests are then passed on to our bank to be completed using NEFT. However, with the instant withdrawal feature, your request to withdraw your money is placed immediately.

How to instantly withdraw up to Rs. 50,000

We’ve made this process as easy as possible. So, you can withdraw funds instantly within 15 minutes instead of via the standard withdrawal process, if you:

1) Place your withdrawal request between 9 AM to 4 PM on all trading days

2) Don’t have any Open orders in your trading & mutual Fund account

3) Don’t have any Open and/or Closed positions in your trading account

Please note:

If you place a request before 9 AM or after 4 PM or don't meet the required criteria, your request will be submitted via the standard withdrawal process which takes place once a day.

 For example:

You are eligible for instant withdrawal if you DON’T have any Open and/or Closed positions under the portfolio tab & your screen looks like this:

On the other hand, you are NOT eligible for instant withdrawal if you have any Open and/or Closed positions under the portfolio tab & your screen looks like this:

Happy instant withdrawing,

Team Upstox

This is just a eyewash nothing else.

To be eligible for this so called instant withdrawal, I should avoid trading on the day I wish to avail the instant withdrawal.

The ideal way for being eligible should consider
    1) All my closed positions are net positive and
    2) I should not have any open positions

I do not see any benefit of this feature.
