2. Your few documents might have got rejected. Rejection could be due to various reasons like name mismatch in supporting documents/signature mismatch etc. Our representative would be in follow up with you via email/call to guide you to upload the pending documents to complete your account opening process as soon as possible.

Kindly follow the instructions given in the mail or on the call to complete the process successfully, after which it will take up to 3 days to verify and open your Upstox account and login credentials will be sent to your email.
