Easi (Electronic Access to Securities Information) is a user-friendly internet service. It lets registered Beneficial Owners (BOs), who are the actual owners of securities, and Clearing Members (CMs), who help clear trades, view their demat account details anytime, anywhere via CDSL’s website.

Here are the steps to register for Easi facility:

1. Click here to open the CDSL portal
2. Enter your BO ID/Demat account number
3. Enter your password (Your password will follow the format of your PAN number followed by the DDMM of your date of birth (e.g., EDCBA1234F1612 and click on continue)
4. Enter the OTP sent on your registered phone number and E-Mail ID, then click continue
5. Provide your username, password, and answer to the security question, and click on continue
6. If you have multiple demat accounts and wish to consolidate them, you can do so by entering your BO ID or demat account number
7. Once completed, you will receive a notification confirming the registration process
