What should I do if my NEST account is blocked?
 
If your account is blocked on NEST, it may be because your password was typed incorrectly multiple times. However, you can reset it with our help.

You can follow the steps here to reset the NEST Account password:

  1. Click on Forgot Password on the Login screen
  2. Enter your 6-digit Unique Client Code (UCC).
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Enter your date of birth in the format [dd/mm/yyyy].
  5. Enter your PAN card number.
  6. You should get a confirmation message on your NEST terminal that your account has been reset.
  7. That’s it.

 
Point to remember:
 
Visit your registered email address’ inbox. You should receive an email from support@upstox.com with a new login password.
