Here are the list of issues which is reported in past 30 days only.
All these are just for Python and Upstox API issues. I haven't taken list for other SDK issues, General Issues, Chart Issues, Pro.Web, Mobile Application issues.
In Mobile application, most of the time it get's logged out, or most of the time the prices are not refreshing.
And if you see commonness among all the above issues, all your developers simply responded "there is an issue at our end". And if you keenly observe those are all almost same issues which keep on repeating and the answers also same. No improvement.
Today I have lost 11% of my capital due to your problem, as my SL was not executed as there was issue with websocket.
I hope you remember, we had discussion regarding one of your Lines went down last month and all the trades happened on those Lines were abandoned. You said, you have improved your infrastructure and this will be fixed. But same issue happened today and I couldn't cancel my order. Ticket also raised #491221. As I was not able to cancel the order, my capital is blocked in this and not able to take fresh trade. Because of that I missed new trade which would have compensated my previous loss at least.
All the developers are just employees - So they just care about this from morning 9AM to evening 5PM or may be stretch little further to get better appraisal. So, they don't really care about our loss or profit. But you as business owner, completely failed by entering the market with failure infrastructure. What's your response for this? All the issues reported are not something occurred new but the same issues repeatedly occurring for past three months. Still no action has taken place. I really suspect that you don't have better infrastructure neither team as well.
Do you really have team called QA? If so just fire them completely. Can you introduce bug management system? You can track how many issues logged in (sometime used to identify duplicate) and also the turnaround time to fix the same.
But tell me, how come your Billing section alone working perfectly. It won't even allow one second extra once the subscription is expired. Don't you ever face issue with it.
Well, I'm completely fed up with Upstox now and decided not to continue further unless you provide promising answer.

Let me post this as complaint also in SEBI forum.
I want you to extend the subscription for all the users at least for 10 days considering all the above issues or better refund.
Let's Boycott Upstox!
