SERVICE AFTER SALES



  • I want to write about service quality of upstairs, I have just opened trading account with upstox, very easily and fast opened the account before one week. Since opening of the account tried with all available communication for the payment interface problem, I couldn't add fund because of payment interface error, sent screen shots through email nobody contacted nor solved problem yet. Account opened in 15 minutes but to able to add fund for trading, one account for corporate sent for opening, received quarry for non payment of demat opening charges, sent return email for asking details of bank to transfer amount through net banking.
    No user I password received for back office.
    I think quarry resolving is very poor. Contact on phone very time consuming. Hope these things to be solved immediately
