Account blocked Error inspite of enetring valid credentials
When I am logging in using Excel from cloud Desktop, getting Account Blocked Error Msg in spite of entering valid credentials. I am getting same error msg when I try to login from Cloud Desktop browser.
This was working fine last week
Using same credentials I am able to login from Laptop on ProWeb (pro.upstox.com).

Are you sure "you are able to login at https://pro.upstox.com"?
Because "account block" means, your client id is blocked from all platforms that includes ProWeb, API etc.
You can try resetting the password using 'Forgot Password'.
