@RenukaMisal Spoke to Ganesh from Dart Stock. There has been continuous issues with data server from their end and they are not able to resolve since few months. So it is not very feasible solution. Hence i request refund or extension of my subscription until the problem resolves.
maximum you can expect from them is we will get back to you. which will never happen. I can understand few minutes if disconnection. post that their entire data is hay wire and unfortunately they are not able to solve this. this will be my last month with them before i move on to global data feeds.
I get wrong and missing bars all the time when server drops and connects again. I am a day trader. i cant trade with this wrong data. un necessary iam ending up paying monthly subscription and unable to trade regularly.
I have gone through it but my problem is not at all listed there and no customer care is listening to me. I am using UPSTOCX for so much time but they don't give an ear to me. I have another option to just close the account and bear the amount paid as accumulated losses. or complain to Sebi for that matter
