The above error means, some issue in API server.
Instead of json response, the API server is sending HTTP error.
You can check the app logs for errors thrown by API server.

If you call UnSubscribeQuotesAll, then all symbols will be removed.
Pls check your code, there might be something wrong.

yes it looks like we are not able to connect.
Even I missed many trading days.....pls anybody have any idea whats going in UPSTOX....are they going to finish this feature, bcoz they stopped giving API feature to new clients...

This is user/system specific issue.
You may refer the below link to troubleshoot your Excel/RTD issue.
Below are possible reasons;
1.API key is expired
2.Invalid redirect url or redirect url is not exactly same as in developer console
3.Invalid or wrong API key and secret
4.Issues at API server
You have to open Excel application with admin rights.

Once excel is run, open your excel workbook from Menu--> File --> Open
You can enter a OCO order as LIMIT or SL.
If you use SL order type, then you have to pass trgprice.
The below are the mandatory fields irrespective of your entry order type
SqOffValue = This is your Target Points
StoplossValue = This is your Stoploss Points
