Payout Management APIs Launch

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

We are expanding the Payments suite with APIs to initiate and manage fund withdrawals directly from your trading account to your registered bank account via NEFT or IMPS.

What's New?

1. Get Payout Modes:

   • Description: Retrieve available withdrawal modes (NEFT and IMPS) for your account along with eligibility status, minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and the amount available for withdrawal.

2. Payout Request:

   • Description: Place a fund withdrawal request to your registered bank via NEFT (Standard) or IMPS (Instant). Only one active withdrawal request is allowed at a time.

3. Modify Payout:

   • Description: Update the amount of a pending withdrawal request while it is still in received status. Only the amount can be modified.

4. Cancel Payout:

   • Description: Cancel a pending withdrawal request before it moves to processing. IMPS requests cannot be cancelled once initiated.

Key Notes

• The Payout APIs are subject to a separate rate limit. See Payout API Rate Limits for details.
• IMPS (Instant) withdrawals are subject to real-time eligibility checks. See Instant Withdrawal Eligibility for the full list of conditions.
• IMPS fee: ₹20 + GST (Basic plan); Free (Plus plan). NEFT is always free of charge.
• Withdrawal amount must be within the min/max bounds for the selected mode. Use Get Payout Modes to fetch current limits before placing a request.
