NSE’s Pre-Open Session for Futures LIVE from 8 December 🚀​

What's New?​

  1. Smart Order Session Detection: The system automatically identifies whether a scrip is eligible for the pre-open session. Therefore, if you place an order with is_amo: true between 9:00 and 9:08 AM for a Futures contract, it will still be treated as a live order for eligible scrips because the market session is already active.

  2. Order Placement and Modification: Traders can now place and modify orders during the pre-open session for Futures contracts. This allows traders to react to overnight news and market developments before the regular trading hours begin.

  3. Early Order Execution Notifications: You may receive order_update postbacks with execution timestamps before 9:15 AM for Futures contracts, as trades can be executed during the pre-open matching window.
